Parks are to be enjoyed. No one and I mean no one should be allowed to hassle residents out enjoying the parks. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Ranger Mike (I was told was his name) hides behind trees, stalks people, scares people, is in your face, yelling, grabbed a kid by the scruff of his neck, taunts people walking their dogs. I even saw him grab someones dog off the ground and then scold the owner for not holding the leash properly. What the hell is with this power hungry cop wanna be? I witnessed along with others, Ranger Mike, chase in his motorized vehicle across the grass, through a bush without regard to whom he could startle and run over a young boy on a skateboard. Ok, so your not supposed to skateboard in the park. There was no one around the kid, he wasn't harming anyone. Nazi Mike chased him down in a poor imitation of a HWY patrol car chase on the 101. He was determined to get this kid, no matter what. What a waste of manpower. Why would anyone want to visit the parks?
